    Featured Workshop

The Living List - 'You don’t need to start over, you need to start choosing' by Oscar de Grauw

    Introduction

Most people don't live their lives. They inherit them. Oscar de Grauw tells the story behind Surviving ≠ Living and opens the door to The Living List, the opposite of a bucket list. A bucket list waits for far-off peaks. A living list changes something now, at any size, this week. You'll leave with three simple instruments, one honest thing said out loud, and proof that living was closer than you thought.

    Who the workshop is for

For the high performers who look fine on paper and feel flat underneath. For anyone who delivers, adapts, keeps everyone happy, and quietly wonders when they last felt properly alive. For people who don't want to quit the job or blow up the relationship, but do want to stop drifting through it. If you've ever caught yourself thinking "I function fine, but something's missing," this room is for you.

    What you take home

A question you won't be able to un-ask: are you choosing this life, or did you just default into it?

Your Truth Latency number: the gap, in months or years, between what you already know about your own life and the moment you finally let yourself act on it.

A simple lens, See → Strip → Choose, to find where you've drifted and where one small choice is already waiting.

The first item on your own living list. Not a far-off peak. Something you can choose this week.

The experience of saying one true thing out loud, in a room of people doing the same, through the "Out Loud" game.

And the relief of learning you can change your life without setting fire to it.

    Introduction about Oscar

Oscar de Grauw spent seventeen years inside Sony Europe, next to senior leadership, watching capable people get stuck in badly designed systems. On paper he was doing everything right. Underneath, he was functioning, not living. In 2026 he walked out to build two things from one idea. OPS Detox gets organisations out of default. The Living List does the same for people, one honest choice at a time. Surviving ≠ Living is where it begins: his keynote, his book, and the line that named the whole thing. He's a senior consultant and keynote speaker, and by his own description the first member through the door of his own movement, still learning to live out loud in public. Same house, two doors. One verb runs through all of it: choosing.

Many internationals moved to The Hague for work or study, whether from Berlin, London, Paris, or elsewhere. You’re ambitious, curious, and seeking intellectual stimulation, variety, and diversity of ideas.…
