EARTH CYCLE 2026 | Helping Boys Become Healthy Men

IF YOU HAVE A TEENAGER or a PRE-TEEN you are in the RIGHT PLACE. Place complete the order form and we will be in touch)

    ENROL NOW | FIRST SESSION FREE | SEPTEMBER–DECEMBER 2026

Something is happening to our boys.

They are growing up in a world where social media, algorithms, peer pressure and online personalities can have as much influence as parents, teachers and communities.

At MAGwe believe becoming a healthy man should never be left to chance.

That is why we created our award-winning, BAFTA-nominated Manhood Curriculum — a structured Rites of Passage journey helping boys build identity, confidence, emotional strength, discipline, brotherhood and purpose.

🌍 THIS TERM IS THE EARTH CYCLE

Our full Manhood Curriculum moves through four developmental cycles:

🌍 EARTH – Identity, foundations and belonging 🔥 FIRE – Courage, discipline and action 💧 WATER – Emotions, relationships and adaptability 💨 AIR – Wisdom, purpose and leadership

    September to December is EARTH.

Earth is where the journey begins.

Before a boy can decide where he is going, he needs to understand who he is, where he comes from and what he stands for.

During the Earth Cycle, boys explore:

    • Identity & Self-Worth
    • Emotional Wellbeing
    • Healthy Masculinity
    • Brotherhood & Relationships
    • Conflict Resolution
    • Life Skills & Community
    • Responsibility, Confidence & Purpose

WHAT HAPPENS AT A MAG SESSION?

This is not three hours of boys sitting in chairs being talked at.

Sessions are active, practical and relational and may include:

Conversation & Manhood Masterclasses Real discussions about life, identity, relationships, choices and growing up.

Exercise & Warrior Training Movement, physical challenge, discipline and teamwork.

Food & Fruit Time to eat, talk and build community together.

Brotherhood Learning how to communicate, support one another, resolve differences and build healthy relationships with other boys.

LifeWork Our version of homework — small challenges, reflections or actions that take the learning beyond the session and into everyday life.

Mentoring & 1:1 Support Additional guidance when a young person needs someone to talk to.

Plus trips, retreats, adventures, leadership opportunities and other experiences across the wider MAG journey.

    • Trips and adventures
    • Retreats
    • Brotherhood
    • Rites of Passage experiences

PARENTS & CARERS ARE PART OF THE JOURNEY

Helping boys become healthy men cannot happen in isolation.

    Families need support too.
