Reporting a problem
Telling us your app version, your device and what you did just before it went wrong lets us reproduce it far faster. Nook fills those in for you when you use Report a problem in Settings.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from inside the app, under Settings. It permanently removes your account and your profile. Write to us if you cannot reach that screen.
Getting the app
Nook is free to download and runs on iPhone.
