Your account: the email address you sign up with, or the identifier Apple or Google gives us when you choose one of those. A name and a photo if you add them.What you do in the app: events you create, events you register for, guests you invite, and the people, cities, venues and categories you follow.A notification token for your device, so we can tell you when something you follow appears. When you report a problem, the app attaches your app version and device model so we can reproduce it.

Location centres the map on you and sorts nearby events by distance. You can use Nook without it.Photos are read only when you pick a cover image for an event you create, and written only when you save a poster.The camera scans your guests’ check-in codes at your own event. Nothing is photographed or recorded.Contacts are shown so you can invite people to an event you host. Only the people you pick are added to your guest list. Somebody you invite who has no Nook account is sent one email about that event, with a link to it and nothing else; we do not email the same person about the same event twice, and an address that bounces or reports the message is never written to again.The calendar receives only the events you choose to add.

Supabase hosts the database, the sign-in service and the files you upload. Vercel hosts this website. Notifications travel through Expo’s push service and Apple’s. Resend delivers the email we send, including sign-in codes and invitations. Apple or Google handle the sign-in itself when you choose one of them.This website counts page views through Vercel, without cookies or cross-site tracking. Nook derives limited product metrics from account creation, onboarding, event publishing, registration, cancellation and check-in records stored in Supabase.Raw metric records are kept for up to 90 days. Longer-lived reports contain daily totals, and deleting your account removes its link from retained metrics. The app uses no advertising identifiers or third-party analytics SDK.We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Settings in the app deletes your account. It removes your account, your profile and the files you uploaded. Write to us if you cannot reach that screen.
